Added new features to Sitemap Generator(Exclude images, Exclude Link Pattern, Grow up link limit if logged in)

New features added in XML Sitemap Generator.
First feature is "Exclude images URL". If you want to add images(Finished on .jpg, .png, .gif, .ico), please turn off this function.
The second feature is "Exclude Link Pattern". You can easily exclude part of your website from the sitemap. For example, you don't want to add one of language on your website. Your link "/de/example", Your pattern have to be "/de/*". ATTENTION This feature works then you authorized.
Thrid feature is "Grow links limit". The default value of this parameter is 200, but if your authorized user you can add 500 links in your sitemap.
